1. What we do not do
- We do not sell personal information for money, and we never have.
- We do not rent, trade, or license contact lists to anyone.
- We do not use advertising or retargeting pixels. There is no Meta pixel, no LinkedIn Insight Tag, and no ad network code anywhere on this site.
- We do not build advertising audiences or profiles from your visit.
- We do not use anything we collect for creditworthiness, lending, insurance, employment, or housing decisions.
2. What "sharing" means here
California law uses "sale" and "sharing" more broadly than the plain words suggest. Letting a third party collect identifiers from your browser for their own cross-context purposes can count, even when no money changes hands.
Two tools on this site collect that way, on every page, unless you have opted out in this browser or your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal:
- Microsoft Clarity records a replay of your visit (mouse movement, clicks, scrolling, page changes) plus heatmaps and named events. Masking in our Clarity project is set to Strict, so text, numbers, and form inputs are all masked in the recording. We use it for heatmaps and for interaction problems such as dead clicks and rage clicks, not to read what you type or what you see.
- Google Analytics 4 counts page views, sessions, scroll depth, outbound clicks, and downloads, and receives the same named events. Google Signals is turned off on our property, so Google does not associate your visit here with a signed-in Google account for demographics, interests, or advertising audiences, and we use no advertising or remarketing features. Analytics run by a third party can still fall inside California's broad definition of "sharing", so this page exists either way.
There is one more thing worth knowing. When we email you a link to one of our interactive tool pages, that link carries an identifier for your CRM record as ?id=. On those visits we send that identifier to Google Analytics as a User-ID, which is Google's sanctioned mechanism for an internal, non-personal identifier, so we can follow a known lead's visits across sessions and devices. We do not send it to Microsoft Clarity as a custom tag, though the page address Clarity records may still contain it, because it is part of the URL you opened. Either way, on those visits the analytics are tied to your record with us rather than being anonymous. Deleting everything from ?id= onward before you open the link avoids it, and so does any opt-out in section 3.
On your first visit you also see a notice bar saying that cookies and analytics are in use, with links to this page and to our privacy policy. Dismissing it only stops it reappearing. It is a notice, not a consent gate, and it does not change what loads. Section 3 has the controls that do.
Our CRM (LeadConnector / HighLevel), our hosting and bot protection (Cloudflare), and the n8n workflow automation server we operate ourselves at n8n.brokerbuddy.co, all handle data on our instructions and for us only. That is a service-provider relationship, not a sale or a share. The full list is in our privacy policy.
3. How to opt out
Every route below works today. The first is a button on this page and takes effect immediately. The second is the one we act on ourselves, and it is the only one that reaches records we already hold.
3.1 Opt out in this browser
One click. It stores a flag in this browser, expires the analytics cookies, and stops Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity from loading on your next page view here. It applies to this browser on this device only; use it again on any other browser you use. Clearing site data removes it.
3.2 Email us
Send a message to hello@insiderhub.co with "Do Not Sell or Share" in the subject line. Tell us the email address or phone number you used with us so we can find your record. We will:
- Delete your records from our CRM, unless we are required to keep something for tax or legal reasons, in which case we will tell you what and why.
- Suppress your address so a later import cannot add you back.
- On request, ask Microsoft and Google to delete data associated with you, and pass the same request to the other vendors named in our privacy policy.
You do not need an account, and you will not be treated any differently for asking.
3.3 Turn on Global Privacy Control
Global Privacy Control (GPC) is a signal your browser sends to every site you visit, saying you opt out of sale and sharing. We honor it. When it is on, neither Google Analytics nor Microsoft Clarity loads here at all, on any page, with no button to press.
It is a browser setting or an extension, not something we control. Brave and the DuckDuckGo browser send it by default. Firefox has a setting for it, and extensions such as Privacy Badger add it to browsers that do not send it themselves.
3.4 Install the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on
Google publishes this add-on for the major desktop browsers. Install it once and Google Analytics stops collecting from that browser here and on every other site. It survives clearing cookies, which the cookie-based opt-outs do not.
3.5 Block the two measurement domains
Blocking clarity.ms and googletagmanager.com stops both tools from loading here at all, including the session recording. You can do this in your browser's own site settings, or with any content blocker; most block both by default. Nothing on this site depends on either tool, so the pages work exactly the same with them blocked.
3.6 Clear your cookies and site data
Clearing cookies and site data for insiderhub.co removes the identifiers listed in the cookie table in our privacy policy. It also removes the opt-out flag from section 3.1, so you would need to set that again. New identifiers are set on your next visit unless you also block the domains in section 3.5, so treat this as a reset rather than an opt-out.
4. Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control
We honor Global Privacy Control. If your browser sends the GPC signal, neither Microsoft Clarity nor Google Analytics loads on this site for that visit. We treat the signal as an opt-out of sale and sharing. Section 3.3 covers how to turn it on.
We do not honor Do Not Track. DNT is deprecated and has no legal standing, and browsers send it inconsistently, so we do not act on it. If DNT is the only thing you have turned on, the tools described above still load. We would rather say that here than let you believe a signal is being honored when it is not. Use section 3.1 or section 3.3 instead.
5. Limit the use of my sensitive personal information
California gives you a right to limit how a business uses sensitive personal information. We do not collect any.
Nothing on this site asks for a government identifier, financial account, precise location, racial or ethnic origin, religious beliefs, union membership, health information, genetic or biometric data, sexual orientation, or the contents of your mail, email, or text messages. What we collect is business contact detail and business operations detail: your name, work email, phone, company, team size, and what is going wrong in your workflow.
Because there is no sensitive personal information here, there is nothing for a limitation request to limit. If you think we hold something in that category anyway, email us and we will look and tell you what we find.
6. How fast we respond
We confirm your request within 10 business days and complete it within 45 calendar days. If we need longer, we will tell you why before that runs out and take no more than another 45 days.
An authorized agent can submit a request for you. We may need to confirm it with you directly before we act on it.
7. Who this applies to
This site is directed to businesses in the United States, and your data is processed in the United States. We honor the requests on this page for any US resident who asks, whether or not a statute technically obliges us to.
8. Contact
